Severity, symptoms, medication and the triggers that never looked connected — until they were written down. Ledra turns twenty seconds of logging into a pattern report, and a one-page PDF your doctor will actually read.

How it works
Logging has to be faster than the pain. Ledra keeps the entry to a dial and a few chips, then does the counting for you.
Severity, symptoms, where it hurts, the medication you took. Your usual choices are remembered, so the second entry takes taps, not typing.
Triggers ranked by how often they show up before an attack, attacks per month, severity over time — built from your entries only.
One page for the appointment: counts, trends, medication and data completeness. Share it, print it, or keep it in your records.
What it tracks
Severity dial, symptom chips, location and medication — designed for the middle of an attack, not a quiet afternoon.
Sleep, stress, weather, hormones, food — ranked by frequency so the guesswork becomes a shortlist.
What you took, how much and when — so the next appointment is a record instead of a recollection.
Attacks per month, severity average, triggers by count — the shape of your month at a glance.
A calm, single page with the numbers that matter. Generated on your phone in a tap.
Your diary stays on your device. No account, no ads, no third-party trackers.
Pattern report
Instead of a feeling, a table: which triggers appeared most often, how strong the attacks were, and how the month trended.
Doctor PDF
Appointments are short. Ledra gives your clinician the record in the first thirty seconds: how often, how strong, what you took.
Private by design
No account to create, no ads, no advertising SDKs. Anonymous usage counts can be switched off in Settings, and your entries never leave the phone unless you export them.

Questions
No. Ledra works entirely on your device without signing in. There is no cloud account, and nothing to verify.
Your entries are stored in the app on your phone. Ledra sends anonymous usage counts (event names such as “entry logged” — never entry text, medication names or notes) and crash reports so bugs can be fixed. You can turn that off in Settings.
No. Ledra is a record-keeping tool. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Talk to a qualified clinician about your symptoms and medication.
Yes. Export a one-page PDF for any date range and share or print it. The PDF is generated on your phone.
Nothing is deleted. Your entries remain on your device and stay readable; the free tier's 30-day history limit and single pack apply again.
